Picnic Cottage
The magic of this cottage lies in its location - it is found within a pine forest and has a spectacular waterfall just a few hundred meters away. It is difficult to imagine anything more romantic - guaranteed pure relaxation.
This cottage, with its three bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, is the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind in the comfort of nature. Relax outside on the large veranda, overlooking the waterfall and river. Picnic comfortably sleeps up to six people.

- The cottage is fully serviced on a daily basis from 08h00 to 10h00 at no extra charge. Tipping is encouraged. If you don’t want your cottage to be serviced, please advise in advance.
- Check-in time 2pm on the day of your arrival.
- Please ask about our later check out policy, we don’t want to rush you.
- All linen, towels and hot water bottles are provided.
- Cleaning materials and firewood provided.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen (including fridge/freezer, microwave and oven.)
- T.V. and DSTV with hotel bouquet.
- Please be aware of the dangers of wildfires, especially during winter. Even though the braai is safely enclosed, be aware of the taps and hose pipes nearby should a spark get onto the grass areas.
- Security provided through controlled access electric gates at the farm entrance.
- Cellphone reception is good, however, internet modem connectivity may be slow in certain areas of the property.
- Information and Maps for the Farm Walks, Cycle Tracks, Romantic Picnics, Bird Watching and the Kiddies Scavenger Hunt will be supplied in your welcome file at your cottage.
